30-Day Return Requests
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email your order number and the reason for the return. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item. Authorized returns are sent to our company address: 23 Rue De La Tuilerie, 54360 Blainville-sur-L’Eau, France.
Return Shipping & Fees
For company errors, damaged items, defects or incorrect items, we cover the corresponding return shipping cost. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to our address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within the 30-day return request window with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. Opening the packaging to inspect an item does not disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim. The unused/original-packaging conditions for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not override these claims. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return and refund instructions.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance with a refund.
